One of Central and Eastern Europe's leading geophysical companies decided to consolidate its diverse services into a single location. The office building provides space for these different functions. The ground floor houses laboratories and workshops for fieldwork and evaluation, while the upper floors contain offices, meeting rooms, and common areas. The building's mass is defined by functionalism. The only addition to the simple mass is the steel-framed, perforated balcony on the upper floor, which serves as both a shade and a terrace for the offices and intermediate spaces, as well as a distinctive element of the building's appearance.
